Ok, you don't need that so it's good it's commented out.

That's the default value anyway.

Turn-On-auto-fill is no function.  I guess you mean `turn-on-auto-fill'.

Emacs has font-lock-mode turned on by default for at least 15 years now.

That's the problem.  When you use AUCTeX from ELPA, you don't need to
load anything.

Emacs prefers aspell over ispell in case both are installed.
