[AUCTeX] Upgrading to TexLive 2011 Reftex stopped working

No of the shortcuts work anymore and it won't show up in the bar after I upgraded to 2011. I assume this would be a known issue. Is there a workaround or possible reason for this?
Also, the forward search to okular stopped working randomly but reverse search works fine. Does it require different parameters?
