Sweet! After modifying my BibTex file it worked.
Thanks a lot Ralf.
And by the way, the RefTex package is really nice. However,
it seems that the line that needed to be added to .emacs to
make AUCtex recognize my bibliography was also necessary for
RefTex to help me complete the cite command with suggestions
upon pressing my TAB key.
