Here is the oputput of the error report
I had a different init.el earlier, that I had copied from another
installation. I have now changed to the init.el from the present
installation itself. The error still persists.

this is the error

the o/p of load path is as follows

c:\Program Files\XEmacs\xemacs-packages\lisp\build\build-report hides
c:\Program Files\XEmacs\XEmacs-21.4.19\lisp\build-report

1 Emacs Lisp load-path shadowing was found
