I found the answer. Into .emacs file, I added the following
(eval-after-load "tex"
  '(add-to-list 'TeX-command-list 
                                         '("Nomenclature" "makeindex %s.nlo -s -o %s.nls" 
                                                TeX-run-command nil t :help 
"Create nomenclature file")))
