[AUCTeX] doc/tex-ref on website?

It would be very helpful to include a copy of tex-ref in PDF and/or PS
at http://www.gnu.org/software/auctex/documentation.html.  (For
example, tex-ref is not installed with the copy of AUCTeX that is
bundled with the Mac "yaced" emacs distribution, so the only way to
get at it is to download a tarball, open it up, and compile it.)
