The doc strings of `car' and `cdr' now have links to the manual.

Okay, seriously: The update includes, of course, fixes done in regular
Emacs development.  Looking through the change logs I haven't found
anything really noteworthy for end users.  Regarding the bundle itself
the changes are of rather technical nature.  Thanks to Eli's changes
of the build procedures in Emacs it was built with unpatched sources
and the references to my personal setup in loaddefs.el are gone now.
Besides that I wrote and included a Makefile for building the bundle.
So if you have the necessary prerequisites it's as simple as executing
`make'.  (If you take a look at the Makefile please don't make a mock
of the file renaming orgy.  The version of sed included in MSYS does
not support -i and `perl -pi ...' didn't work either.)
