 Hi Kai,

(sorry for the delay on this feedback)

As Moorman has already mentioned we don't remove projects on
 SourceForge.net that have released files.

SourceForge.net is a living library of Open Source code,
which we encourage developers to bulid off of other people's
 works.

If you want to host it in another location, that's
fine...but the original code will remain.

I would suggest that you post a news item on the sf.net
project, and update your home page link on SF.NET to let
people know where the most up-to-date codebase is being hosted.

This should cut down on the confusion.

If you have any questions, feel free to email me at: pat
 (at) sf.net

 Thank you.

It's sorta stupid. I mean, I have turned off file releases and CVS
frontend. So unless somebody knows the CVS is there and guesses the
module name (not too hard, I admit ;)) there is no way to get at that
code.

OTOH, if we keep the project we can post jobs at Sourceforge, and reach
a larger audience. (Not that anybody answered to our last post, so maybe
that isn't such an advantage).

Anyway, shall we leave it at that? As far as I remember, Pat is more or
less the chief, so further arguing won't lead to anything I fear.

What do you think about that matter? I myself am not sure how much harm
it does if the SF project page makes the impression the project is dead,
unless somebody actually reads the newsitem that says we've moved ;).
But I guess it's not that bad.

Kai
