The code is largely in place and mapedit is updated so that rendering
can be restricted to a certain height level globally.

There are one or two little bits missing on the engine side. Think I
didn't update loading/saving of zones to include the new type field
yet and mapview does not yet allow to set an offset.

There is a bit more testing needed as well, but that has to wait until
mapedit actually allows to define zones. So that will be the next item
on my list (and hopefully the last bit for a useable mapedit v0.1).
