As he's running Debian 3.0, I imagine it's 2.95.4. But the callbacks
don't seem to be the problem (only for gdb ;)), but win_scroll. He's
getting a floating point exception (FPE) in line 91:
Program received signal SIGFPE, Arithmetic exception.
[Switching to Thread 1024 (LWP 1531)]
0x1201658b0 in win_scroll::update_amplitude (this=0x1208851c0) at
win_scroll.cc:91 91 win_scroll.cc: No such file or directory.

I had a look at that line, but I don't know what can cause a FPE. Could
converting float to double help?
